2 teaspoons peanut butter

Driving across our beautiful country, we drivers experience stressful situations. One of the biggest is being away from our families. Smiling literally does your heart, body and mind tremendous good. A recent study conducted by the University of Maryland compared responses to humor from 300 people. About 40 percent had suffered a heart attack or undergone a coronary bypass surgery. That group was found to be less likely to laugh in many different situations. The other half, with positive humor responses, suffered no heart health issues at all. There are several studies like these, all with the same conclusion: humor can be a key to wellness.
